The Story
Sea Run Cases was born out of a simple problem: getting serious fly fishing gear anywhere on earth — checked at an airline counter, thrown in the back of a truck, soaked on a boat — without it getting wrecked along the way. Every case is the product of a partnership with Negrini of Italy, a case maker with over 40 years of experience building ultra-light, ultra-strong air travel cases.

The Craft
How it's made
Sea Run Cases are 100% handmade in Italy by Negrini — a case maker with over 40 years of experience in ultra-light air travel case technology. Every case uses a patented double-wall ABS composite construction: tough inner and outer shells welded together for maximum impact strength, hand formed and hand finished with special woven nylon canvas and marine-grade closed-cell foam throughout. Wet gear can go straight in with no worry about damaging the case.
Every case carries International Air Travel Certification (IATA) and TSA compliance — a genuinely rare credential in this category, not just a marketing claim. Three hardened steel combination locks are fully recessed and protected, hinges are rustproof stainless steel, and handles are integral so they can't break. Whether standard or the special leather finish, every case comes backed by Sea Run's limited lifetime warranty for repair or replacement.
